This privacy policy defines and informs you about the way PRONOZIA (hereinafter the “Site Owner”) uses and protects the information that the user transmits, if any, when using the Site accessible from the following URL: www.pronozia.fr (hereinafter the “Site”).

1 – PERSONAL DATA

1-Identity of the data controller
The data controller is the Site Owner whose contact details are indicated on the Site.

6-Response time
The Site Owner undertakes to respond to your request for access, rectification or opposition or any other additional request for information within a reasonable period of time which may not exceed 1 month from receipt of your request.

7-Authorised service providers and transfer to a third country of the European Union
The Site Owner informs you that it uses its authorised service providers to facilitate the collection and processing of the data you have communicated to it. These service providers comply with the legislation applicable within the European Union.

The Website Owner has first ensured that its service providers have implemented adequate guarantees and that they comply with strict conditions regarding confidentiality, use and data protection.
